1. What kind of products do you offer?

We offer digital products only – available as instant streaming or downloads. No physical items are shipped.


2. How will I receive my purchase?

After completing your order and payment, you will receive immediate access to your product either:

• Directly on the confirmation page

• Via a download or streaming link

• And/or via email (check your inbox and spam folder)


3. I didn’t receive my download link. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk mail folder first. If you still can’t find the email, contact us at kristinavanlengen@icloud.com with your order number or fill out the contact form.


4. Can I cancel or return my order?

Because our products are digital and made available immediately, cancellations and refunds are not possible once access to the content has begun, as per EU law (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB).


5. Do I need an account to purchase?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account can make future purchases faster and easier to manage.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various secure payment options including:

• PayPal and Klarna

• Credit and debit cards

• Apple Pay and Google Pay

 

7. Are your prices including VAT?

As a small business under § 19 UStG (German VAT law), we do not charge VAT.


8. Can I use the purchased content for commercial purposes?

No. All products are for personal use only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing is not allowed.


9. I have a technical issue. Can you help?

10. Is my data safe when I shop here?

Yes. Our shop is hosted securely via Shopify, and we fully comply with GDPR. Payment data is processed using encrypted, secure technologies.
